Anna L. Woodward

November 15, 1924 ~ March 23, 2018

Anna L. Woodward of Caldwell, and most recently Towanda, Kansas, went home to be with Jesus on March 23rd, 2018 at 93 years old. Anna crocheted from the time she was 4 years old until the day of her death. She also loved to garden, fish, read, work puzzles, and spend time with her family. She was an amazing mother, daughter, sister, friend, and grandmother. Anna leaves behind many loved ones who now look forward to heaven even more knowing she is already there. Some of these include her brothers and their families, Lee and Peggy Builta of Los Alamos, New Mexico; Robert and Shirlene Builta of Boyd, Texas; her sons and their families: Richard and Margo Hain of Wellington, Kansas; Ted and Joni Sanders of El Dorado, Kansas; and Clint and Karen Woodward of Dodge City, Kansas; her daughter Effie Conway and husband Steve of Towanda Kansas; her step sons and their families Luke Woodward of San Antonio, Texas, and Mark Woodward of Carlsbad, New Mexico; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband George, her daughter Beth, her sons Marvin and Andrew, her step-son Matthew, and most of her siblings. She is greatly loved and missed.

Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 31, 2018 at the Schaeffer Mortuary Chapel, Caldwell, Kansas.

Memorials may be given in memory of Anna to the Caldwell Senior Center and left in care of the mortuary.
